Camomile tea

Today I was very stressed at work so I bought some camomile tea being quite doubtful about it's effects, but I gave it a go.  At home after tidying and some small amount of cleaning I'd had enough so I brewed myself a cup and put my ipod on relaxing, The Age of Not Believing came on, I'd forgotted I'd downloaded it and guess what it worked.  A little while and after several tunes including Wandrin' Star and Karl Jenkins Benidictus I found it had worked.  So it was either the camomile tea or Angela Landsbury but I am feeling sane again.  WooHoo.
